When you hire a van of us we'll ask to take copies of 4 things from whoever is driving the vehicle, these include ; a driving license, passport, utility bill and your national insurance number. After this we'll then go through taking the payment plus deposit and then away you go.
How much is the deposit and is it refundable?
So the deposit is £500 and that is refundable as long as there is no damage to the van when you return it. The money takes roughly 14 working days to go back on to your account but can return quicker depending on who you bank with. We take debit cards, credit cards and cash whichever you prefer to use.
What are the daily hire prices?
Here at Van Chimp we like to think are prices are competitive. Our prices are ;
Short wheel Base VW Transporter - £100 Inc VAT
Long Wheel Base Fiat Ducato - £120 Inc VAT
Ford Transit Luton with tail lift - £150 Inc VAT
All our Vans include VAT and come with fully comprehensive insurance.

How does insurance work?
We have our own fully comprehensive insurance for all our daily hire vans however in the event of any damages there would be an excess of £1,000.

The longest we are able to hire a van out to a customer or business would be 3 months but this is subject to availability.
